Extensive market research undertaken by Thea-Tex has
revealed that the OT drapes market in India is far from maturity.
Generally drapes are being manufactured in India without correct raw
materials, hygiene and technical know-how. We are closely observing the
market and Thea-Tex will surely enter the Drapes market in an organized
manner with technical and medical collaboration, most probably with a
foreign Joint Venture partner. A separate manufacturing unit will be
constructed for the launch of Thea-Tex drapes adhering to the European
Standard EN 13795: ' Surgical Drapes, gowns and clean air suits, used as
medical devices, for patients, clinical staff and equipment'. |
